Willard wraps up season at Gateway Dirt Nationals

Brennon Willard and his No. 3 team were among a staggering 123 Super Late Model entries for this year’s Gateway Dirt Nationals at The Dome at America’s Center. The impressive early-December event at the 1/5-mile indoor track in St. Louis put a bow on Willard’s 2025 campaign.

Willard competed in the Friday prelim night at The Dome and qualified 25th in his group. He went on to start ninth and finish eighth in his heat race, bringing his run to a close before the 25-lap, $10,000-to-win feature.

He did not start his non-qualifier race on Saturday, ending his chance to advance into the 40-lap finale where a $70,000 first-place prize was on offer.

In 2025, Willard picked up four top-five finishes and was in the top 10 six times.
