Willard finishes 11th in Turkey Bowl XIX
On Saturday, Brennon Willard was part of a stout Open Late Model field at Springfield (Missouri) Raceway. Competing among nearly 70 entries, he came away with a feature finish just outside the top 10.
Willard opened his night at the quarter-mile oval by winning his heat race from the pole aboard his Allgaier Performance No. 3 Super Late Model. He started ninth in the 30-lap, $6,000-to-win main event and finished in the 11th position.
