Willard finishes 13th in Slocum 50 at 34 Raceway

After wet weather washed out Friday’s opener at C.J. Speedway (Columbus Junction, Iowa), Brennon Willard returned to action on Saturday afternoon with the Lucas Oil LateModel Racing Association (MLRA) at 34 Raceway (West Burlington, Iowa) for the Slocum 50.

With a sixth-place finish in his heat race pinning him on the eighth row for the $10,555-to-win A-Main, Willard was credited with a 13th-place finish after retiring early from the 50-lapper.
